WHAT IS THEOPENING TIMES?
Abbey & Fox is open seven days a week, from Monday to Friday business times will be 10.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday
WHAT SECURITY IS IN PLACE FOR MY VALUABLES?
Abbey & Fox has a high level of security in place to assure that your goods will be safe with us, all safes will be time locked and other security procedures are in place. Keys will be held only by the renter of the box, Abbey & Fox will not hold any key towards your box.
DOES ABBEY & FOX OFFER INSURANCE?
Abbey & fox does not personally offer insurance but does work very closely to a number of good and trustworthy insurers that will happily offer insurance, Abbey & Fox insist you take out your own content insurance before renting out a box with Abbey & Fox.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEY OR MEMBERSHIP CARD?
On purchase of the box you will have to pay a key deposit, this is of £100.00, this deposit will be returned on day of leaving Abbey & Fox, if during your period with us you lose the key there will be a charge to change the box lock and issue a new key this will be of £ 250.00 this cost covers the charges for locksmith, new lock and new key. Membership cards will be offered as you open an account with Abbey & fox, if the membership card is lost it will have to be replaced with a charge of £25.00.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I PUT ON THE MEMBERSHIP TO ACCESS THE BOX?
The main account holder can only hold the key, this is due to security reasons. If you wish to take in somebody with you into the safe room, ID and contact information needs to be given to Abbey & Fox for security reasons.
